I have used Chem Clean of Vancouver to clean my carpets since 1994. Every time they have come to my home they exceed my expectations. They give me an estimate before they start any work and they explain carefully what needs to be done. If they see something extra that needs to be done they raise it to me and we discuss and agree on a plan. They are very customer focused and have shown great flexibility in working around furniture and pets when cleaning in our home. They have removed many many impossible stains and leave our carpets looking beautiful!

As the owners of rental, and investment properties, I have seen it all. Chem Clean is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. They are honest, ethical and do their best to clean and save the carpet on every job. If the carpet is not cleanable they call me right away from the jobsite so I can quickly get it replaced.
